Effective 2026 · Wallace Legal Services Professional Corporation
These terms apply to this website and to booking our services. The website is operated by Wallace Legal Services Professional Corporation, operating as GetNotarizedNow. Services are provided by Latoya Wallace, a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (licence P21429), Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths.
What we do, and what we do not
We notarize, commission and certify documents. We do not draft your documents and we do not advise on what they say. Information on this website is general information, not legal advice about your situation.
Fees and estimates
Prices on this website are before HST, and HST is added. The estimate tool gives an estimate, not a quote. Your final fee is confirmed when we review your document and your appointment details.
Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds
- No refunds for a no-show, or for an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before its start time.
- The latest you can reschedule is 24 hours before your appointment. After that point an appointment cannot be moved.
- Once rescheduled, you have 30 days to take the appointment. After 30 days the payment is forfeited.
Your appointment
- Bring valid government-issued photo ID and your complete document. Do not sign it in advance.
- We may decline to complete a service if we cannot verify your identity, if the document is incomplete, or if it appears that a signer does not understand the document or is not signing freely.
- To change or cancel a booking, use the link in your booking confirmation or contact us. Please see Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds above for the deadlines.
Text messages
If you text us or agree to receive texts, we send messages about your appointment and your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect your number.
Using this website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Links to other websites, such as our booking provider and the Law Society directory, are provided for convenience.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
