Everyone should be able to use this.

We want this website, and the service behind it, to work for everyone. That includes people using a screen reader, people who navigate by keyboard, people who need larger text, and people who cannot easily leave the house.

The service itself

We come to you. Mobile appointments are the core of this practice, not an add-on. If travelling to an office is difficult or impossible, whether because of mobility, illness, hospital admission or care arrangements, that is precisely the situation we are set up for. Call and tell us what you need.

What we have done on this website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Specifically, and each of these was checked rather than assumed:

• Text contrast. Every piece of text on every page was measured against its real background. All of it meets the AA threshold.
• Keyboard. Every link, button and form control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focus indicator is visible when you do.
• A skip link at the top of each page jumps straight past the navigation to the content.
• Every image carries alternative text, and no information is presented only as a picture of words.
• Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the page stops animating.
• Real headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can move through a page by structure.

Where we know the limits are

Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, and the pages it draws are not ours to control. If the calendar does not work for you for any reason, do not struggle with it: call or text 289 277 2257 and we will book the appointment for you. That route is always available and it is not a lesser service.

Ask us for another format

If you need anything on this site, or any document we prepare for you, in a different format, ask. That includes large print, plain text, or simply being read to over the phone. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
